- We
sell all items in an “as described” condition.
Therefore, unless otherwise noted, all items are sold as
"AS-IS."
- Laptop
Computers are tested with a Diagnostics Software ONLY,
full functionality and software compatibility is NOT
GUARANTEED. Therefore, we do not process returns on
Laptop/Notebook Computers unless the item is DOA or
Obviously not as described.
- We DO NOT
Ship any B/W Laser or InkJet/BubbleJet Printer with
toner/ink. They are tested with a used test
toner. We do not guarantee the print quality with
your toner.
- We
guarantee that your item will arrive in the described
condition unless it has been damaged in shipping.
- The
only guarantee we give on our items is that they will not be
DOA --unless we have described them as untested or
non-working. If they are DOA, then you must contact us
within 7 days of receiving the item.
- We DO NOT
Have the facilities or personnel to fully test or calibrate
any TEST or MEDICAL Equipment. We CAN NOT guarantee
the proper calibration or function of any such equipment.
- If you
win one of our auctions and for any reason decide that you
cannot or will not proceed to purchase it, you will be
charged a "Restocking
Fee" of $10. Failure to pay this
fee will result in a NON-Paying
Bidder alert AND a
NEGATIVE FEEDBACK.
- The
winning bidder must send payment within 10 days or you will

- Please
ask all questions you may have pertaining to the item you
are interested in BEFORE YOU BID! Once you have
won the item it is yours and you are responsible for
completing the transaction.
- If
there is a problem with an item after you receive it, let us
know and we may be able to help you with it. We want our
customers to be happy and if you are decent and reasonable
with us, we will do our best to be fair and reasonable with
you.
- We
reserve the right to cancel any bid that we perceive as
being a potential non-payer or that is a known problem
customer.

Shipping and Handling charges are fixed and non-negotiable.
Our items are pre-packed before they are listed and
therefore we will not pack multiple auction items together.
If you do not agree with the shipping price that we charge
then adjust your bid accordingly or else do not bid. If you
choose to pick an item up in person or use your own personal
shipping account, you will still be required to pay a $5-$10
packing fee depending on the size of the item.
- These
items that we are selling are USED (unless otherwise noted)
and must be bid on accordingly.
- Accessories
not included in the photo will not be included unless
otherwise clearly specified.
- CADDY STYLE
CD-ROM Drives DO NOT include the CD Caddy UNLESS otherwise
stated in the auction description.
- We will not
be held responsible for mistakes in manufacturers
descriptions and specifications.
- We make no claims
to the accuracy of any web page not maintained or created
by GO SURPLUS. Images, descriptions and pricing
information presented in any MORE INFO link is to be
considered for reference ONLY, and IS NOT of the specific

- It is your responsibility
to MAKE CERTAIN that you pay the correct amount. We
WILL NOT ship an item until we receive FULL PAYMENT.
However, if you accidentally OVERPAY, it is your responsibility
